We started GoWithClaw because most AI founders are building on infrastructure they don't control, don't understand, and can't debug at 2am. The answer isn't a better SaaS tool. The answer is owning your stack.

Five operating principles.

Stated upfront so the engagement model never surprises anyone. These are not aspirational — they govern every project we take.

Fixed scope Every engagement is scoped before it starts. You approve the specification before we touch anything. There are no retainers that expand without notice.
Clean handoff The goal of every deployment is for you to operate it without us. We document what we build. We hand over root access. We do not create dependency.
No shared tenancy Your infrastructure is yours. Your workloads do not run alongside other clients' workloads. We do not resell shared hosting under a premium brand.
Honest scope If your project isn't ready, we'll say so. If you need something we can't deliver well, we'll tell you and suggest who can. We'd rather lose a project than overpromise one.
Precision over speed We don't rush deployments. A server configured correctly in five days is worth more than one provisioned in two and failing on first real load.
